The 3-piece nest is a storage box and burn-out device for the phoenix.

3x Phoenix Z6 activated charcoal filters can be stored in this nest.
The column is made of aluminum.
You can choose between different types of wood for the base body.

How is the carbon replaced or how do you burn out the filter?
Innovative reactivation
The phoenix (not included) can be heated up to 1000°C for cleaning without causing any damage, whereby the filtered components produced during smoking are expelled from the filter sleeve and, above all, the activated charcoal. As no oxygen penetrates the sleeve, the activated charcoal remains intact.
This process is called pyrolysis.
After 3 to 10 burnout processes, the activated carbon is clogged with non-volatile components and must be replaced.
The filter sleeve remains completely intact. It only turns matt black in the long term.
