We send all our deliveries with the Austrian Post.

Vaporizers are shipped from our German warehouse with DPD or UPS.

Gorilla tents are shipped from the Gorilla European warehouse in the Netherlands via DPD.

Delivery normally takes between 2 to 4 working days within Austria and 3 to 6 working days to Germany.

In the rest of the EU, the postal service usually delivers within 5-8 working days.

No, we ship in neutral brown packaging. The sender is neutral and is called Achtung Glas Schmid Müller OG.

Our products are intended exclusively for use with tobacco or other legal herbs of your choice.

We can order almost all articles from the manufacturers in the shop for you. For articles from other manufacturers, please send a short email to office@donaulife.com

In principle, every order with us is binding. However, every order can be returned without giving reasons within a period of 30 days after receipt of the order.

To exercise your right of return, send us a written message (email or letter) or simply send the order back within the deadline. Please understand that used goods cannot be returned.
