Heisenberg activated carbon adapter with 14.5 mm ground joint

The Heisenberg activated carbon filter is filled with up to 3 grams of granulated activated carbon and placed between the bong head and the smoking device. The highly absorbent activated carbon filters out irritating and harmful substances such as soot, tar, benzene and other harmful particles. Active substances and flavors are not affected and pass through the filter unhindered, so you can enjoy your bong heads without hesitation.

Inserting the activated carbon filter

Depending on the bong setup, the activated carbon filter is placed directly in the grind for stemless bongs or inserted between the coupling and the head for regular models. Should an activated carbon filter be used in conjunction with a pre-cooler, make sure that the smoke is first passed through the filter and then through the pre-cooler. Otherwise, the absorption capacity of the activated carbon will be impaired by the moisture of the water in the precooler.

Suitable accessories for the Heisenberg activated carbon filter 14.5

To use the activated charcoal filter, you will need activated charcoal granules and a sieve that prevents the activated charcoal from falling through the insert. You can find both here in the store. You need sieves with a diameter of 12mm and less. Use the Heisenberg Activated Carbon Filter 14.5 either with a 10-12mm pipe strainer, a 12mm plug strainer or with a Seamine 10mm glass strainer.

Note: When used with a plug-in strainer, the handle must be bent so that a 14.5mm bong head has unobstructed space in the grind. If a Seamine is used instead, make sure that it is positioned in the filter so that the airflow is not blocked. You can check this by pulling the filter dry after inserting the lead.
