What is a precooler?

As the name suggests, the pre-cooler is an attachment for your bong, which extends it by one or two percolators. Außerdem wird dadurch weniger Tabak konsumiert, welcher meiner Ansicht nach sowieso nicht mit dem grünen Kraut kombiniert werden sollte.

Das wichtigste Kriterium beim Kauf eines “Precoolers” ist wohl die Auswahl des richtigen Schliffes. Dabei gibt es drei verschiedene Größen: 14,5 mm, 18,8 mm und 29,9 mm. Der Schliff des Vorkühlers sollte passend mit der Größe des Schliffes deiner Bong sein. Außerdem sollte euer Bongkopf in den weiblichen Schliff des Vorkühlers passen, ansonsten müsst ihr euch noch zusätzlich einen passenden Bongkopf besorgen. Zu guter Letzt solltet ihr darauf achten, dass der Winkel des Vorkühlers auf den eurer Bong so passt, dass es einfach ist das Kraut im Bongkopf zu entzünden. Bei Inkompatibilität ist es möglich, dass ihr nicht in den Bongkopf hineinsehen könnt oder euren Arm halb verrenken müsst um überhaupt das Hütchen zu erreichen.
