‘Medwakh’ Pfeife | Shishamholz

A medwakh is a small pipe originally from the Arabic region with which dokha is smoked. Dokha is an Iranian tobacco product that is mixed with aromatic leaves or herbs. The tobacco bowl is smaller than the tobacco pipes traditionally used in the West. It is filled by dipping it into a bowl of dokha tobacco. Dokha is smoked in 2-3 puffs in the medwakh, and the effect is stronger than with ordinary cigarettes because the body absorbs more nicotine.
