A huge advantage here is that this novel technique produces a solvent-free extract.
Rosin-Tech - what is that anyway?
Rosin-Tech is an innovative and very easy method of extraction.
The process consists of pressing herbs between parchment paper using a heat press to extract as much of the valuable resin as possible and as efficiently as possible.
The respective yield of this vogange depends on 4 things:
- Temperature: It depends very much on how hot the press gets.
- Period: The time, i.e. how long you carry out this process.
- Force: What force you have used in carrying out the procedure.
- Properties of the herbs: How big and how heavy the herbs used are.
Functionality of the Rosin-tech:
Rosin-tech's two main factors for dabbing are heat and pressure.
The combination of these two factors combined causes the trichomes to start melting and these then collect on the parchment paper.
The resulting product is waxy.
The reasons for this are obvious:
There is no unwanted plant material in the product, as the combustion point is 500-700 C° and the Rosin-Tech process does not even come close to this value.
Unlike oils and waxes that have been extracted using solvents, there are no solvents in the result of this method. Thus, it can be excluded that any solvents are present in the extract. This also guarantees that when consuming this "pure" extract, solvents of any kind will be consumed falsely.
