What are the delivery costs of my order?

Austria, Germany: For orders under €75, delivery costs are €6,9. For orders above this amount, shipping is free.

EU & Switzerland: For orders under € 175, delivery costs are € 14,9. For orders above this amount, shipping is free.

Worldwide: Up to € 330 shipping will be € 30. Over € 330 shipping is FREE.

How is the order shipped? Which parcel service delivers what?

We send all our deliveries with the Austrian Post.

Vaporizers are shipped from our German warehouse with DPD or UPS.

Gorilla tents are shipped from the Gorilla European warehouse in the Netherlands via DPD.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery normally takes between 2 to 4 working days after Germany (DHL) and to Austria (Austrian Post).

In the rest of the EU, the postal service usually delivers within 5-8 working days.

Can you tell what's inside from the package?

No, we ship in neutral brown packaging. The sender is neutral and is called Achtung Glas Schmid Müller OG.

What are our products intended for?

Our products are intended exclusively for use with tobacco or other legal herbs of your choice.

We can order almost all articles from the manufacturers in the shop for you. For articles from other manufacturers, please send a short email to office@donaulife.at

Within what period of time can the order be returned?

In principle, every order with us is binding. However, every order can be returned without giving reasons within a period of 30 days after receipt of the order.

To exercise your right of return, send us a written message (email or letter) or simply send the order back within the deadline. Please understand that used goods cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible. Please provide a private address. Alternatively, we can send directly to post offices with prior arrangement.
