Vision & Philosophy
PURIZE® makes smoking NIZE! That is the slogan of the German activated carbon filter manufacturer. But what does PURIZE stand for? The company has the vision to offer smokers of fine taste, with the help of its filters, a noticeably more pleasant smoking experience with less pollutants.
As already mentioned above, PURIZE Filters are produced and distributed in Germany. This location is close to the company's heart, even though it is not exactly favourable nowadays. PURIZE requires high quality standards for its activated carbon filters, which would be very difficult to meet in Far Eastern countries. Through this voluntary commitment, the company secures jobs throughout Germany. But since PURIZE's goal is to grow healthily and internationally, there is of course always the possibility that more jobs could follow. Well-considered distribution channels and the minimal administrative and sales overheads enable the company to offer a top product at a fair price on the market.
PURIZE Filters
The regular size filters can be used for all commercially available pipes with a diameter of 9mm. Of course, they are also ideal for home-made pipes. In addition, they can be combined with a doobiewood® adapter to create the perfect smoking experience. The latest creation in the house of PURIZE are the XTRA Slim Size Filters. These are smaller but nevertheless powerful activated carbon filters, which are even better suited for rolling your own cigarette.
The activated carbon used in all PURIZE products is based 100 percent on plant resources and is washed and sieved before processing. The company also uses two heat-resistant high-performance ceramic caps on both sides of the activated carbon filter. So it doesn't matter in which direction you screw in or insert the filters, PURIZE activated charcoal filters simply always fit.
