PURIZE® makes smoking NIZE! That's the slogan of the German activated carbon filter manufacturer. But what does PURIZE stand for? The company's vision is to offer smokers of refined taste a noticeably more pleasant smoking experience with fewer harmful substances, thanks to its filters.

As mentioned above, PURIZE filters are manufactured and distributed in Germany. This location is important to the company, even if it's not exactly cheap these days. PURIZE requires high quality standards for its activated carbon filters, which would be very difficult to meet in Far Eastern countries. Through this voluntary commitment, the company secures jobs throughout Germany. But since PURIZE's goal is healthy, international growth, there's always the possibility that more jobs could follow. PURIZE Filters

The Regular Size filters can be used for all standard pipes with a 9mm diameter. They are also ideal for hand-rolled pipes. They can also be combined with a doobiewood® adapter for the perfect smoking experience. The latest creation from PURIZE is the XTRA Slim Size filters. These are smaller, yet powerful activated carbon filters that are even better suited for hand-rolling.

The activated carbon used in all PURIZE products is 100 percent plant-based and is washed and sieved before processing. The company also uses two heat-resistant, high-performance ceramic caps on either side of the activated carbon filter. So, no matter which direction you screw or insert the filters, PURIZE activated carbon filters always fit.
