Marie Fine Papers short

When someone says "Fine!", it usually means that not everything is "fine". But with MARIE Fine, the opposite is the case. Everything is just right: the paper thickness, the quality and of course the taste. Really fine. With cut corners, packed in a hard cover booklet with a magnetic closure and a two-chamber system that prevents the papers from slipping.

  • Gum arabic gum. Gum arabic is extracted from acacia resin. It takes a moment for the adhesive power to fully develop.
  • Slow burning behavior: The paper goes out if it is not pulled on.
  • Watermark. Marking of paper by means of embossing, which is carried out during paper production.
  • The paper is made of cellulose. The cellulose for Marie-Root paper is obtained in an environmentally friendly way from thinning trees.
  • Cut Corners or corner cuts. This makes it easier to twist the paper.
  • Magnetic closure – Resealable booklets with magnetic closure. Packaging including magnet is fully recyclable.

About Marie:

Today, no one can say exactly where the name MARIE comes from. Perhaps it was a great personality who was immortalized in this way? Or is it a homage to "Tanzmarie"? But that's not really that important. The only thing that matters is that MARIE has been represented on the domestic market since 1984 with root papers and filter tubes in the best "Made in Austria" quality. And as times have changed and the needs of the root users have changed, it has also undergone many changes itself. MARIE was once only available in the original, but today there is also MARIE Fine and Ultrafine for versatile, irresistible root enjoyment.

-MARIE has been on the Austrian market with MARIE Original Papers and filter tubes since 1984.
-In 2007, MARIE Extra Slim Papers with the original paper thickness as well as screw-in filters and Duo Roller were added to the range.
-2010 was the year of fine and ultrafine papers in booklets with a new magnetic closure.
In 2011, the introduction of MARIE Extra filter sleeves and the Vario stuffer made it much easier for people who stuff their coffee beans to save money.
-King Size users were able to enjoy MARIE King Size Slim and Rolls Slim from 2012 – both in Ultrafine.
-Sustainable growers have been able to grow particularly “green” plants since 2014 with the MARIE nature's friends series made from certified organic hemp.
